Litigation Legal Assistant Opportunity
AMG is working with a national AM law firm looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their San Diego team. Candidates should have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience and be skilled in:
- Organizational and calendaring expertise
- Strong proofreading and attention to detail
- Legal terminology and e-filing proficiency (California State and Federal Courts)
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe skills (FileSite/iManage experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, proofread, and finalize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Handle e-filing, scheduling, and meeting deadlines
- Maintain case files and manage administrative tasks
- Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court staff
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
